Very beautiful and sweet tomatoes bred by Brad Gates.

1. Original Name: Sweet Tooth.

2. History: A recent variety developed by tomato breeder Brad Gates (Wild Boar Farm, California, USA).

3. Plant Specifications: Early maturity. Perfect for growing outdoors. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing 6 feet (180 cm) tall. Thin stems, narrow and bent regular leaves. Regular truss, 5-7 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: The bush can be trained to two or three main stems. Pruning and staking are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: These long small pepper-shaped fruits look so nice in a cluster. Shaped as mini-peppers or icicles, smooth with pointed tips. Weight: 1.8-2.5 oz. (50-70 g).

6. Color: Purple and dark red fruits with green stripes. The stripes turn yellow when fully ripe. Dark red or dark crimson in a cut.

7. Flavor Profile: A very delicious tomato. Rather sweet with well-balanced pleasant tartness. It has a fruit-like tomato flavor with predominant exotic notes. The flesh is buttery and meaty.

8. Culinary Use: Very good for salads and delicious sauces and ketchup. A good choice for canning. Keep well for a few days after harvesting with no cracks on the skin.

It is a recent variety but it is distributed as a stable one. In very rare cases, minor changes are possible such as the absence of pointed tips or less variety in color. However, in our conditions it met the specifications provided by Brad Gates from Wild Boar Farms.
