PACKAGING: Sachet Zip lock 12 - 15 SEEDS

1. Original Name: Sart Roloise

2. History: Bred by Roland Boulanger (Sart Eustache, Belgium). A cross between White Wonder (an heirloom variety with white fruits) and Baby Blue (cherry tomatoes with anthocyanin). Developed in 2012. It is a recent variety so it may have some variations though they have not been observed by tomato breeders yet.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for a greenhouse and outdoors. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing up to 6.5 feet (200 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. Regular truss, 4-6 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: It is preferable to train the bush to two or three main stems. Pruning and staking are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Beefsteak fruits, sometimes with shallow ribs near the stem end. Weight: 7-14.1 oz. (200-400 g).

6. Color: The main background of an ivory yellow color has beautiful anthocyanin stripes going from the stem end to the middle of the fruits. The fruits may also have blue stripes under bright light if the upper part of your plants is turned to the light. These stripes depend rather on the sunlight and location of fruits in the cluster than on the characteristics of the variety. The flesh is of a creamy color.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet without any tartness and with a nice fresh and fruity flavor. The flesh is juicy.

8. Culinary Use: A good choice for eating fresh in salads or as snacks. Also good for canning and making juices. Recommended for people with allergies caused by red vegetables and fruits.
