1. Original Name: Dwarf Saucy Mary.

2. History: Bred by the members of the Dwarf Tomato Project in 2012. Introduced in 2018. The initial cross was made by Sherry Long. Selected and stabilized by Craig LeHoullier and other members of the project. Named for Craig’s wife.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season when growing outdoors. Firm and short dwarf bush, determinate, growing up to 2.6 feet (80 cm) tall. Large dark green rugose regular leaf. Regular truss, 4-6 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required. It is recommended just to tie the longest stems and to remove the bottom leaves as they grow so that the bush could get a good airflow and could not become too branchy.

5. Shape and Weight: Elongated plum-shaped (Roma) fruits with pointed tips. Weight: 3.5-5.3 oz. (100-150 g).

6. Color: Dark green stripes and streaks on the light green background. The color of the fruits is similar to that of Green Sausage tomatoes but the fruits are larger and thicker.

7. Flavor Profile: Intense taste being sweet and slightly tart with a nice flavor resembling that of the kiwi fruit. The walls are thick but there is enough juice as well. The flesh is buttery.

8. Culinary Use:
A good choice for fresh and useful salads, sandwich slices, pizza, canning, juices and sauces. If you remove the seeds, you can use the flesh for sun-drying. The size of the fruits and compact bushes of this variety will be a true delight for you.
