1. Original Name: Turkish Flower Biber. 'Biber' means 'pepper' in Turkish (but not a name as many tend to think).


2. History: The origin is unknown. A rare variety that can be used both for decorative purposes and for food. Scoville scale: 100,000 SHU.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. It can produce fruits for a long time. Suitable for growing in a greenhouse and outdoors. Medium-size plant, growing 1.4-1.8 feet (40-50 cm) tall.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to tie the main stem otherwise the plant may fall on the ground after rain or heavy watering.

5. Shape and Weight: Cylindrical fruits with a cavity in the upper part of the fruit. Weight: 0.3-0.4 oz. (8-10 g).

6. Color: The fruits are light green with blue anthocyanin spots (especially on the side exposed to the sun) at the mature-green stage. They turn to bright red with brighter blue anthocyanin when fully ripe. From six to fourteen fruits can grow from one cluster. That is why they look like a bright flower from far.
