1. Original Name: Dwarf Sweet Scarlet.

2. History:
A release by the Dwarf Tomato Project. Developed from a cross between Elbe and Golden Dwarf Champion. First selected by Craig Lehoullier but further stabilization was a result of collaborative work of many other participants of the Dwarf Tomato Project. Introduced commercially in 2015.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors but you can grow it in greenhouses as well. Determinate short bush, growing up to 3.3 feet (100 cm) tall. Thick stem, large rugose regular leaves. Regular truss, 3-4 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required but it is necessary to tie the longest stems. This is a bush-type variety.

5. Shape and Weight: Salad-type beefsteak fruits, sometimes with shallow ribs near the stem end. Weight: 7-17.6 oz. (200-500 g).

6. Color: Bright red. The flesh is of a deep red color.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet and slightly tart. Intense tomato flavor. The flesh is juicy and buttery.

8. Culinary Use: Perfect for fresh salads, juices, sauces and canning.
