1. Original Name: Dwarf Parfait.

2. History: A release by the Dwarf Tomato Project. Selected and named by Susan Oliverson. Craig Lehoullier, Hudson England and Bill Minkey also took part in its development and stabilization. First introduced in 2019.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for outdoors and a greenhouse. Determinate short bush, growing up to 3.3 feet (100 cm) tall. Thick stem, large rugose potato leaves. Regular truss, 3-4 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required but it is necessary to tie all of the longest stems. This is a bush-type variety.

5. Shape and Weight: Smooth beefsteak fruits with big shoulders. Weight: 7-17.6 oz. (200-500 g).

6. Color: The fruits are of a unique color! The skin is mustard and olive-green. The flesh is yellow and mustard in the middle turning olive-green closer to the skin. You should see this color in real life as it is really fascinating.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet and slightly tart, well-balanced, which makes its taste intense and bright. A fruity flavor. The flesh is juicy and buttery.

8. Culinary Use: Very delicious when used for fresh salads, juices and sauces. This tomato is a real miracle.
