1. Original Name: Dwarf Egypt Yellow.

2. History: A variety from the USA. Developed and stabilized by Susan Oliverson from the Sneaky family. First introduced by Bill Minkey of Darien (Wisconsin, USA) in 2018.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for outdoors and a greenhouse. Short bush, determinate, growing up to 3.3 feet (100 cm) tall. Thick stem, rugose regular leaves. Regular truss, 3-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required but it is necessary to tie all of the longest stems. This is a bush-type variety.

5. Shape and Weight: Beefsteak fruits. Weight: 7-14.1 oz. (200-400 g).

6. Color: Usually yellow but the fruits turn rather orange when fully ripe. The flesh is light-yellow, sometimes with pink marbling in the middle.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet and tasty. Intense flavor with a soft fruity aftertaste.

8. Culinary Use: Very delicious in fresh salads but also a good choice for juices and sauces.
