1. Original Name: Curly Kaley.

2. History: The origin of this variety is unknown. However, there is information about its possible origin from Eastern Europe. According to some sources, this variety is also known as Zadena.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors, in a greenhouse or in pots. Determinate short bush, growing up to 1.6 feet (50 cm) tall. The plant grows from one thick stem with almost no suckers. Very short rugose leaves looking like leaves of kale cabbage. Regular truss, 3-5 fruits per truss. The bush looks like a fir-tree being tidy and tapered and having small toy-like fruits.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required because the plant has almost no suckers. However, staking is a must as the stem can shake if a heavy wind is blowing.

5. Shape and Weight
: Oval plum-shaped (Roma) fruits. Weight: 0.2-0.3 oz. (5-8 g).

6. Color: Red with red flesh.

7. Flavor Profile: Very sweet with a pleasant flavor. The flesh is firm and crisp.
