1. Original Name: Crimson Sunset.

2. History: Developed by Ukrainian tomato breeder Yuri Kholyavko (Berezna urban-type village, Ukraine) as a result of a mutation of Tasty Wine (a variety with pink beefsteak fruits). This variety should not be confused with the variety developed by Russian tomato breeder Lyubov Myazina, which has the same name.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors and in a greenhouse. Determinate, short bush, growing 2-2.6 feet (60-80 cm) tall. The plant can grow up to 3.3 feet (100 cm) tall when growing in a garden covered with agrotextile or in a greenhouse. Thick stem, regular leaf. Firm regular truss, 4-6 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required but it is necessary to tie all of the longest stems. This is a bush-type variety.

5. Shape and Weight: Heart-shaped or round and heart-shaped fruits with flat pointed tips. Weight: 3.5-7 oz. (100-200 g).

6. Color: The fruits are of an amazing color. Their skin turns from olive-green to crimson and scarlet when fully ripe. The green flesh has magnificent crimson marbling.

7. Flavor Profile: Very sweet and slightly tart, well-balanced, which makes its taste intense and bright. A fruity flavor. The flesh is juicy and buttery.

8. Culinary Use:
Perfect for fresh salads, juices and sauces. A very delicious tomato.
