A large, tasty and beautiful tomato originating from Poland!

1. Original Name: Alice’s Dream.

2. History: Developed by Polish tomato breeder Zbigniew Pawluczuk (tomatoeden.com) in 2015. Named after his daughter Alice. A cross between Blue Gold and an unknown indigo variety.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors but a heavy cropper when growing in a greenhouse. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing 6 feet (180 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. Regular truss, 4-6 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: The bush can be trained to one or two main stems. Pruning and staking are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Beefsteak fruits, sometimes with shallow ribs near the stem end. Weight: 7-12.3 oz. (200-350 g). This variety has the largest fruits among all indigo varieties!

6. Color: The color is amazing! Swirls of anthocyanin appear near the stem end when large fruits are exposed to the sun. Anthocyanin streaks on the main yellow background with red marbling. Yellow with a red spot in the center in a cut.

7. Flavor Profile: The taste is excellent! A well-balanced sweet and slightly acidic taste with an intense tomato and fruity flavor. The flesh is buttery. It is juicy resembling gummy candies and can melt in your mouth.

8. Culinary Use: Perfect for eating fresh. A good choice as baby or diet food. Ideal for making juicy salads and full-flavored fresh juices. Fruits do not keep well as this is a salad-type variety with juicy fruits.

It is a recent variety but it is close to a stable one. A lack of anthocyanin may be observed due to changes in temperatures or a lack of sunshine. Our fruits met the original characteristics. We were happy to see that this variety turned out to be very prolific with beautiful large tasty fruits.
