PACKAGING: Sachet Zip lock 12 - 15 SEEDS

1. Original Name: Elser Farm’s Brown Derby.

2. History: Developed by Maria and Darrel Elser of Elser’s Country Farm. This variety should not be confused with Tom Wagner’s Brown Derby. The difference is seen in the name as this variety has the name beginning with 'Elser Farm’s' (California, USA). A cross of well-known Paul Robeson and Aunt Ruby’s German Green varieties.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing 5-6 feet (160-180 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. Regular truss, 3-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: The bush can be trained to two or three main stems. Pruning and staking are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Beefsteak fruits, sometimes with shallow ribs near the stem end. Weight: 5.3-10.6 oz. (150-300 g).

6. Color:
Its amazing color is really eye-catching. A combination of mustard and green colors makes it unique and different from other varieties. But the best way to describe its color is to name it as ocher-yellow or bronze with green shoulders. The flesh is mustard and orange and has green seed cavities.

7. Flavor Profile: Rich and complex taste. Sweet with the right balance of sweetness and tartness – really outlandish. Juicy and buttery. It is just what you need!

8. Culinary Use: A good choice for salads, juices and sauces. You can also eat the fruits fresh picking them secretly right from the bush.
