1. Original Name: White Queen.

2. History: An heirloom variety from the USA. First introduced by Livingston's Seed Company from Ohio (USA) as early as in 1882. Listed in the 1941 Catalog where it was offered by Earl May Seed Co. from Iowa (USA). The variety was later introduced to the USDA’s database. Some decades later, Craig Lehoullier received a sample of the seeds from the USDA and shared them with Dr. Carolyn Male, who re-introduced the variety to the Seed Savers Exchange Yearbook in 1995.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. Tall bush, growing up to 6 feet (180 cm) tall.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to train the bush to two main stems, and pruning is a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Large beefsteak fruits weighing 14 oz. (400 g) on average.

6. Color: Translucent white. When fully ripe, the fruits turn to slightly yellow with pink marbling in the upper part.

7. Flavor Profile: This tomato has an amazing taste – very sweet with a pleasant mild fruity flavor. There are few seeds in the fruits, and the flesh is juicy but meaty.

8. Culinary Use: A good choice for fresh salads, sauces, paste and diet food.
