1. Original Name: Sunrise Jazz. Also known as Jazz at Sunrise or Rainbow Jazz.

2. History: A variety from the USA. Developed by tomato breeder Fred Hempel from one of his Red Jazz lines at Fred Hempel’s Baia Nicchia Farm (California, USA).

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors and in a greenhouse. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing up to 6.5 feet (200 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. Regular truss, 3-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to train the bush to two main stems, and staking and pruning are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Flattened and round beefsteak fruits, with rare ribs of an irregular shape. The fruits can be of a more even shape as well. Weight: 7-14.1 oz. (200-400 g).

6. Color: Yellow with orange and pink stripes. The flesh is yellow with beautiful pink marbling.

7. Flavor Profile: Delicious, sweet and slightly tart, well-balanced, with a fruity aftertaste. The flesh is juicy and buttery.
