PACKAGING: Sachet Zip lock 12 - 15 SEEDS

1. Original Name: Napa Giant.

2. History: Bred by Brad Gates (Wild Boar Farms). In 2009, the Mortgage Lifter variety produced very large fruits and Brad collected the seeds from them. The weight of the fruits was becoming more stable with every passing year (and every selection), and in 2014 this variety was named as Napa Giant and introduced to the general public. It was named after the valley or city of Napa (California).

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for a greenhouse and outdoors. Tall bush, indeterminate, growing up to 6.5 feet (200 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. There are only 2-4 fruits per truss but they are amazing!

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to train the bush to one or two main stems. For example, we trained all of our bushes to two main stems. Pruning and staking are a must as the bushes are very heavy.

5. Shape and Weight: Flattened and round fruits, with rare shallow ribs. Weight: 17.6-28.2 oz. or even more than 35 oz. (500-800 g or even more than 1 kg).

6. Color: Pink. The flesh is pink in a cut.

7. Flavor Profile: A pleasant sweetish taste with a mild tomato flavor. The flesh is meaty, plum-like and juicy.

8. Culinary Use: One fruit is enough for a salad. It is pleasant to hold it, toss it up, take photos of it, demonstrate it to your friends or make juices and sauces from it. Napa Giant is like that!
