PACKAGING: Zip lock 12 - 15 SEEDS

1. Original Name: Early Wonder.

2. History: The Early Wonder was first introduced by the Burgess Seed and Plant Co. (information about this variety in the Burgess Catalogue dating back to 1950). It was a red tomato at that time. Unfortunately, there is no information about this variety on the website of Burgess Seed now. At the same time, they distribute a variety under a similar name but with pink fruits adding 'Pink' to its name. Early Wonder Pink.

3. Plant Specifications: Early-season. Short bush, determinate, growing up to 3.3 feet (100 cm) tall. Regular leaf. Regular truss, 4-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required. It is recommended to tie the longest stems. There can be 6-10 stems per bush.

5. Shape and Weight: Round, with rare visible shallow ribs near the stem end being indicative of the number of seed cavities in the fruit. Weight: 2.8-3.5 oz. (80-100 g).

6. Color: The fruits are not green but rather very light-toned at the mature-green stage. They get a very beautiful pale pink color when ripe. The flesh is pink in a cut as well.

7. Flavor Profile: A pleasant sweet and acidic taste a lot of people got used to like long ago. Mild tomato flavor. The flesh is rather sugary and the walls are firm.

8. Culinary Use: An extra-early maturing variety. Delicious in fresh salads. Perfect for sauces, juices and canning whole tomatoes.
