PACKAGING: Sachet Zip lock 12 - 15 SEEDS

1. Original Name: Dwarf Red Heart.

2. History: According to many websites, this variety was selected and stabilized by tomato breeder Bill Jeffers (USA). Bill received Dwarf Champion seeds from the Long Island Seed Project. Among all the bushes, he discovered a unique plant with bullet-shaped and heart-shaped fruits.

Today the only information available is provided by the website of the Long Island Seed Project, which says that the Red Bullet variety (which is very similar to the Dwarf Red Heart and is most probably the same variety) was discovered and stabilized from the Dwarf Champion variety by Bill Jeffers. This variety is not related to the Dwarf Tomato Project.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. Perfect for growing outdoors. Short bush, determinate, growing up to 2.3 feet (70 cm) tall. Thick stem, rugose regular leaf. Regular truss, 5-6 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: No pruning is required. But staking is necessary otherwise the bush can fall over with the weight of a large number of fruits. It is recommended to tie all of the longest stems.

5. Shape and Weight: Beautiful heart shape (oxheart). Weight: 2.8-3.9 oz. (80-110 g).

6. Color: Bright red, scarlet. Red in a cut as well.

7. Flavor Profile: Very tasty with well-balanced sweetness and tartness. Typical tomato flavor. The flesh is mostly sugary.

8. Culinary Use: Perfect for fresh salads, juices and sauces. Ideal for canning. The fruits can stay on the bush for a long time.
