1. Original Name: Costoluto Colli Euganei (which means 'Ribbed from the Euganean Hills' in Italian).

2. History: A variety originating from Italy. It was named after the Euganean Hills Natural Park, a famous natural park located in the north of Italy.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors and in a greenhouse. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing up to 6.5 feet (200 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. Firm regular truss, 3-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to train the bush to two main stems, and staking and pruning are a must.

5. Shape and Weight: Heavily ribbed round and heart-shaped beefsteak fruits with elongated upper parts. The seed cavities have voids. Weight: 14.1-21.2 oz. (400-600 g).

6. Color: The fruits are light green and translucent at the mature-green stage. They turn light pink when fully ripe. The flesh is light pink as well.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet without any tartness. Typical tomato flavor. The walls are thick, meaty and firm, and there are few seeds.
