1. Original Name: Fleur de ReAgir. Its name means 'Flower from ReAgir' in French.

2. History: An accidental cross made in the greenhouses of the ReAgir Association of Lestrem (http://asso-reagir.sitego.fr/) in the northern France. It was stabilized to be released at the Haverskerque (a commune in France) tomato festival in 2005.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors and in a greenhouse. Indeterminate, tall bush, growing up to 6.5 feet (200 cm) tall. Thick stem, regular leaf. Regular truss, 3-5 fruits per truss.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to train the bush to one or two main stems. Pruning and staking are a must. It is preferable to tie the clusters with heavy fruits.

5. Shape and Weight: Heavily ribbed beefsteak fruits. Weight: 10.6-14 oz. (300-400 g).

6. Color: Dark red with a brown and brick-red blush and green seed cavities.

7. Flavor Profile: Sweet and slightly tart, well-balanced. Tomato flavor. Due to their ribs, the fruits have a lot of flesh being rather sugary in a cut.

8. Culinary Use: A good choice for fresh salads or slicing for freezing and sun-drying. Perfect for thick and full-flavored sauces. A good stuffer tomato to be stuffed with fresh vegetables or ground meat to be baked in an oven.
