1. Original Name: Edesalma (which means 'Sweet Apple' in Hungarian).

2. History: A variety originating from Hungary and being very popular in Eastern Europe. It is an analogue of the Alma Paprika pepper.

3. Plant Specifications:
Mid-season. A good choice for growing outdoors and in a greenhouse. Sprawling medium-size bush growing up to 1.3-2 feet (40-60 cm) tall.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to tie the longest stems so that they do not break because of heavy fruits.

5. Shape and Weight: Round or flattened and round fruits, with rare shallow ribs. The tips of the fruits may be slightly elongated. Weight: 1.8-2.5 oz. (50-70 g).

6. Color: The fruits are white at the mature-green stage and they gradually mature to yellow, orange and red.
