1. Original Name: Çorbacı.

2. History: A very popular Turkish variety. It is also known as Turkish Snake or Soup Pepper (as 'orba' means 'soup'). This variety is often used in Corbaci ('Orbaci' in Turkish), a very popular category of Turkish restaurants where this pepper is served as a snack (usually as a pickled pepper) to the main dishes.

3. Plant Specifications: Early-season. Suitable for growing in a greenhouse and outdoors. Medium-size bush, growing up to 2.3-2.6 feet (70-80 cm) tall.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to tie the longest stems. The bushes are sprawling.

5. Shape and Weight: Very long and twisted fruits that can be up to 10 in. (25 cm) long. Weight: 0.9-1 oz. (25-30 g).

6. Color: The fruits are light green at the mature-green stage but they turn yellow, orange and red when they ripe. Fruits from the same bush can be of different colors due to different maturity. The plants look very beautiful.

7. Flavor Profile: Thin walls, sweet taste and a pleasant pepper flavor.
