Chocolate Beauty Sweet Pepper

1. Original Name: Chocolate Beauty.

2. History: Distributed in Europe and the USA. It is not a hybrid as there is also Chocolate Beauty F1.

3. Plant Specifications: Mid-season. Suitable for growing in a greenhouse and outdoors. Short plant, growing 1.6 feet (50 cm) tall.

4. Training Instructions: It is recommended to tie the longest stems so that they do not break because of heavy fruits.

5. Shape and Weight: Three- or four-lobed cube-shaped fruits with flat or slightly elongated pointed tips. Weight: 4.2-8.8 oz. (120-250 g).

6. Color: The fruits are green at the mature-green stage. They turn chocolate brown when fully ripe.

7. Flavor Profile: Very sweet, juicy and flavorful. The walls are thick being about 0.16-0.2 in. (4-5 mm) thick. The seeds are not numerous and are concentrated near the stem end.

8. Culinary Use: A good choice for fresh salads, canning for winter, general canning, freezing and even for making paprika. An all-purpose and very tasty pepper.
